Today police charged the three men for the home invasion of 71-year-old Radiance Sutherland and her husband 83-year-old Camille Sutherland. They have been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated burglary.
The men are 20-year-old Sherwin Locke who is the cousin to Latoya Price who was in the house at the time of the incident, 18 year old Dennis Ortega and 30-year-old Barrington Slusher.
In court today Slusher pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 8 years in prison. Even with the guilty plea the charges against the two other men were not withdrawn and they were remanded to prison.
