Lethal Cocktail of Envy and Alcohol

In San Pedro, a 17 year old has been charged for murder and police have released his name and photo. He is Pedro Cal of the DFC area in San Pedro Town. On Saturday night, he got into an argument with his co-worker, 22 year old Guatemalan Dilson Diaz and stabbed him in the abdomen with a chisel. That stab severed an artery and Diaz bled to death on the spot.

What were they fighting over? Well, apparently, it was professional rivalry. They both worked at a cabinetmaker's shop and Diaz had gotten a promotion to be Cal's supervisor.

On Saturday night at 8:30 Diaz, the supervisor, was drinking and the workplace animosity led to an argument, which ended when the 17 year old who does not drink, allegedly stabbed him.
