He robbed two defenseless female high school students of their cell phones and now 29-year-old Aaron Logan will serve ten years hard time for his crime.

His 13 and 14-year-old female victims told police that at around 11:30 in the morning on August 24th of 2006 they were walking on Lizarraga Avenue when Logan approached them. He told the girls he had a gun and, not waiting to see, they handed over their cell phones. In court Logan initially proclaimed his innocence but after Chief Magistrate Margaret McKenzie convicted him, he then begged McKenzie for mercy and the victims' families for forgiveness.

We don't know if he got forgiveness but he didn't get much mercy from the court. Gabb sentenced him to 5 years for each robbery and ordered that they be served consecutively, meaning that Logan will serve a total of ten years. He has three previous convictions for crimes of dishonesty.
