Police say they suspect foul play in the death of a man whose body was found floating in the sea near Hopkins Village on Sunday morning. The man has been identified as 33-year-old Abel Miranda - a resident of Hopkins. There were visible bruises and scrapes on Miranda's forehead and the life side of his face. Police are awaiting the results of a post mortem to confirm their suspicion.
