DFC Hearings Suspended Due to Novelo's Injunction

Glenn Godfrey, Troy Gabb and Ralph Fonseca are yet to take the stand, but the DFC hearings have been suspended...again! The delay this time is the injunction filed by the Novelo brothers.

As we reported on Friday attorney for the Novelo's Hubert Elrington has applied to have Mark Hulse removed as forensic auditor or limited in his investigation. In his application Elrington is also arguing that on the 22nd of January of this year the Commission of Inquiry's directive expired.

Tomorrow the Supreme Court will deliberate on the issue and as they do so the hearings have been suspended.
