29-year-old Earl Banner was beaten up and left for dead two weeks ago. Banner's family says that he was found unconscious and stripped of all his belongings. Banner's skull was fractured in four places and his family believes he was killed by one of his friends.
He died this weekend and now, police say he was murdered and they have arrested his alleged killer. 26-year-old Wyatt Anderson was today formally charged with murder
Prior to his murder - he was last seen hanging out with friends in the North Creek Area. A post mortem showed that the cause of death was traumatic shock due to massive brain injury.
