We have a disturbing case of sexual abuse to report out of Caledonia Village in Corozal where a 18 year old high school student has been charged for sodomizing his 8 year old cousin. To protect the victim we won't use the name of the accused but he is a high school student attending Escuela Secundaria Mejico in Corozal.
The allegation is that since December he has been sodomizing his 8-year-old cousin at least 6 to 7 times. The family only became aware of it over the weekend when both the eight year old and his 18-year-old cousin were found in the house naked.
Upon questioning by his grandmother, the eight year old confessed that he had been sodomized and that it had been happening since December. The child was sent to a doctor who certified that the boy had been sodomized.
His eighteen year old cousin was arrested at school this afternoon and he has been charged for committing an unnatural act.
