Teen Attacks Teen with Ice Pick

One teen boy is in the hospital seriously wounded while the teen who allegedly stabbed him is facing serious jail time. Police say that on Friday evening 15-year-old Elmer Martinez got into an argument with a 14-year-old boy on Bishop Street. Tempers escalated and the 14 year old allegedly pulled out an ice pick and stabbed Martinez multiple times to the left and right side of his body and his back. The injuries were severe and punctured Martinez's lungs. The 14 year old meanwhile has been charged with dangerous harm.
