Police have arrested another man and charged him for Thursday night's armed robbery of Sen Sen Store and shooting a bystander. 26-year-old Marvin Ottley was charged for two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of attempted murder, one count of dangerous harm, one count of use of deadly means of harm and one count of robbery. He was denied bail and remanded to prison. That's where he'll join his alleged accomplice Allen James who faces the same charges.
It's of note that when police arrested Ottley, he had a cast on his hand, which may confirm the account from one of the security guards that he shot one of the robbers in a crossfire as they ran out of the store. It's in that same crossfire that bystander Kimberly Marin got shot. She remains in a stable condition at the KHMH.
