Abandoned Child Identified; Mother Still Missing

Police now know the identity of the little boy found wandering on the Southern Highway earlier this week. He has been identified by his uncle as 3-year-old Alejandro Damien Gonzalez - but there's no happy ending for him because police can't find his mother. 19-year-old Myrna Figueroa is a resident of Silk Grass but she's gone missing. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Myrna Figueroa is asked to contact the police. In the meantime the child remains in the custody of the Social Services Department.
