Rudolph Young was accused of brutally beating a 68-year-old watchman to death. But after four hours of deliberations, this afternoon a jury found him not guilty. Young was accused of killing Wilford Requena in Frank's Eddy Village on February 8th 2005.

Four men were originally charged: Leroy Arnold, Alfonso Juarez, William Rubio, and Rudolph Young. The charges were dropped against Juarez, Rubio, and Arnold after they agreed to testify against Young. They told the court that they originally went to the farm to steal Requena's gun. The men claimed that it was young who took a piece of board and struck Requena twice in the head. The four men then hid the body under the house.

In a statement from the dock, Young denied that he killed Requena. Young Was defended by Oswald Twist and Douglas Carr was the prosecutor.
