Its official, Chester Williams will have another day to argue his case in the Supreme Court. Today, Williams, his attorney Elson Kaseke and special counsel for the case Lois Young Barrow appeared before Justice Samuel Awich in his chambers to iron out the matter. It was unclear because Awich had struck it out last week. He did that based on an application that was missing from the file. Today though, he ordered the case officially re-instated and set it for trial on June 12th.

Lois Young Barrow was retained by the Solicitor General’s office to appear. Solicitor General Tanya Herwanger told us that they sought out Young-Barrow because her office is understaffed and over-extended.

Senior Superintendent Williams is asking for judicial review of his suspension.
