Almost two kilos of marijuana was found in a house today, and 6 people, including one woman and two female minors are in jail tonight, because no one wanted to cop a plea. It happened at 7:20 this morning in Krooman Street in Belize City where a search came up with one live round for a 38 revolver and 1.8 kilos of marijuana stuffed in a bucket. Those in the house are 18 year old Clifford Flores seen here on your left and 22 year old Peter Flowers on the right were along with 18 year old Alexander Underwood, 21 year old domestic Stacy Belisle and two minors aged 14 and 15.
All 6 were arrested and charged for possessions of drugs and unlicensed ammunition. In court this afternoon, none of them wanted to take the rap for the ammo or drugs and so the four adults are on remand at the Hattieville Prison while the two minors are on remand at the Belize Youth Hostel located at mile 21 on the Western Highway.
It’s of note that the two girls aged 14 and 15 who are high schoolers were recently remanded to jail after they appeared in the court on attempted murder charges for stabbing a 21-year-old food vendor. One of them just recently posted bail after being on remand at the Hattieville Prison for over a month.
Alex Underwood is also no stranger to police or the court. He recently faced a charge of attempted murder in the shooting of a 16-year-old minor.
