27 Year Old Charged for Sexual Assault of 2 Year Old

Today twenty-seven year old Honduran national George Gutierrez, a yard cutter of Fresh Pond, was charged with aggravated assault for allegedly sexually assaulting a 2 year old. Magistrate Rachel Montejo denied him bail and he was remanded into custody until August 25th. The incident occurred on last week Wednesday in a yard at Burrel Boom, where Gutierrez was cutting the grass. Initial Investigation revealed that a member of the baby’s family caught Gutierrez with the child, kissing her in her chest area. Police are investigating.
