Students Accused Of Stealing From Their Own School

In 2010 we reported on a number of school break-ins, but none quite like the one making the news today. Four students of Maud Williams High School were charged with stealing computers from their own education provider. Two of them are adults and the other two minors. The adults are 18 year old Harold Ortiz and 21 year old Jamal Belisle. Ortiz along with the two minors, 16 and 17 year old, were charged with the theft of one Lap Top computer, while, Belisle and the minors were charged with the theft of a second lap top computer. The theft occurred yesterday.

The four defendants who appeared today in the #6 Magistrate's court were offered bail of Two Thousand dollars each, and their case was adjourned until April 2nd.
