And while his murder just makes no sense, we can't say the same for the killing of 45 year old Enrique "Boogie" Trapp. Just after 10:00 on Saturday night, he was sitting behind a house in Taylor's Alley - which is across from Extra House - when a man from Orange Street ran into the alley and shot him four times to the head.

Trapp died on the spot and police were called to cart him from the area. We could not find any of his relatives today, but information from the neighborhood says that Trapp had chopped a man from the neighborhood a few weeks ago - damaging three of his fingers.

Late this evening Monica Bodden spoke to Trapp's uncle Sigmund Sarge Trapp, who says he came upon his nephew's death by accident…

Sigmund "Sarge" Trapp
"While dropping them off we could observe the ambulance lights just ahead in front of Extra House, so we went over there to see what was going on but getting close to the spot we went into Mosel Street, we park the car and after that we started to walk over. My wife left out of the car before me and about 20 feet away from me I observe a man passing him so getting closer to the young man I ask him who got shot and he said that it was "Boogie", there is only "Boogie" I know and that is my nephew Enrique Trapp. So I advance more to the crime scene and reaching the yellow line, we stood there for about 5

minutes and we could observe two of the CIB officers coming out of the alley. I ask the officer who is the young man that got kill and he replied it's a young man that they call "Boogie" so I ask them if it is "Boogie" Enrique Trapp? And they said yes and I told them that he is my nephew - my brother's son. "Boogie's" father is Richard Trapp and he lives in St. Matthews Village and his mother is Mrs. Evadney Copious - she lives in Orange Walk. Like I sad "Boogie" is my nephew, he had some run-ins with the law and thing but at the end of the day whatever you sew you will reap in life if you choose the wrong road. At this moment and time I bereave a little and when I was on the crime scene now I waited until the policeman and the forensic people finish their assessment and after that I ask if I could see and identify the body."

"A policeman by the name of Mr. Staine allows me to go through the alley and wait at the gate just across from Extra House. After about 10-15 minutes waiting at the gate I was allowed to go into the yard and at the end of the house to the west side of the house at the back I observe the foot of my nephew, which as I see his foot I know it was him and when they spot the light on him I see his face. There was blood all over the left side of his face and I know that is my nephew so I told the policeman that it is he."

Monica Bodden
"Was he shot in the face?"

Sigmund "Sarge" Trapp
"Yes he was shot in the face. The information I got from the policeman - he was shot 4 times in his face from the right hand side and the bullets exited on the left."

Taylor's Alley and nearby Trench Alley have been the scene of multiple murders and shootings in the past 5 years.
