But, the investigation of course goes deeper. It goes back to Saturday when a gunman in dark attire went to Graniel's apartment and fired at least four shots at his door. Williams discussed this today:..
Reporter
"In terms of the previous shooting at his house on Friday night or early Saturday morning, I believe there is security footage of the shooting, as police refute that footage or identified the shooter in that video?"
Voice of: Chester Williams
"Police have received that footage and I am not going to go further in commenting on that."
After that shooting suspects were detained while police waited for Graniel to make a report, which he never did. Police maintained a presence in the area but could not follow him when he took Swank out on a tour.
