Second Man Charged For Program Murder

On Monday police announced the arrest of Clayton White, the man charged with the murder of 36-year-old Gilbert Alamilla, a popular dancehall artist known as Mr. Program. White is the man who inflicted the fatal wound but he was only the first to be charged with Mr. Program's murder.

Police have also apprehended 28-year-old Raheem Marsden. Marsden, who had been on the run since Friday, is the man who allegedly threatened Program and his companions before ordering White to kill him. He becomes the second man to be charged for Alamilla's murder.
