And while that officer faces a disciplinary hearing, the Commissioner faces a 14 page letter of complaint that's being widely circulated. It was clearly generated by someone within the department - and shows inside knowledge - but it is unsigned and makes many unsubstantiated allegations against Williams and pretty much the entire senior command.
