But while the police were able to identify Tizol's body, they are still working to ID the skeletal remains found near the border of Forest Home and Eldrigeville in the Toledo District. Their investigation into his particulars is coming together though, as they have a name that they are suspecting to be the victim's. But the question remains as to how exactly he died - and if it was foul play.
ACP Joseph Myvett, Head NCIB
"On Friday last, police were called to an area in Eldridgeville shortly before midday where they discovered human remains in some bushes. We have since conducted an investigation, there were several pieces of clothing, which was found near the remains. We are following a lead at this point in time where it is believe to be one Oscar Garcia who was residing somewhere in Independence Village. I must say that no official report or missing person report was made until yesterday for which the family could not give us an explanation as the remains seemed to have been out there definitely over a month, and no missing person report was made."
"We are told that if this is the young man, he was release sometime in March from prison and then went to live with a relative in that area in Independence Village."
"Even though those pieces of clothing were found, a DNA sample would have to be taken, which I believe is in the process of being done and then we'll have to await the results of those DNA to determine whether or not that is indeed or in fact the person that is being said to be that person."

"Who came across these remains?"
ACP Joseph Myvett, Head NCIB
"It was a villager from that area who then called that information into police who then visited the re and discovered the body."
"At this point in time I am not going to comment on what was found, we are going to await the results of the post mortem."
