Guatemalan 56 Year Old Charged For Sexual Assault of 6 Year Old

A Guatemalan national has been charged for sexually assaulting a 6 year old girl.

The minor testified that Figueroa kissed her on the lips and touched her inappropriately. Chief Magistrate Fraser said that the evidence against Figueroa was overwhelming.

With that, 56-year-old Francisco Figueroa, a resident of Burrell Boom, was sentenced to six months in prison by the Chief Magistrate. Figueroa remained silent in court.
