And from Mahogany Heights to Dangriga, another man was killed by gunshots. On Sunday, at around 8:30pm, Andre Gladden and Ryesha Morter were shot on Sawai Street. Morter told police that she was at a house with Gladden and another man when a car stopped in front of the yard. Gladden went out towards the vehicle and that's when someone inside started firing shots. He ran back inside the yard, only to collapse, meanwhile Morter was shot in her hand. Gladden was rushed to the KHMH with a wound to his shoulder and another behind his ear. He was in a coma until this afternoon when he reportedly succumbed to his injuries.
