Two Killed At Dime’s Store in November, Tonight They Got Dimes

There have been three murders in the Belize District in less than 24 hours…and we start with one that happened just a short while ago in rural Belize District.

It had been the scene of a double murder back in November, and tonight, another person was killed inside Matilda's Mini Mart in Burrell Boom.

Just before news time, our newsroom received information that Leslie Gillett, otherwise known as Dimes, was gunned down inside his own store. Other details are scarce at this time, however, it was speculated that he might have been the intended target of the killing in November.

That's when the store's cashier, Kendra Miguel and the handyman, Dennis Brown, were both murdered while inside the store. We will keep following this story.
