New Cases Fall But Four Deaths

Tonight the COVID numbers are high - but lower than they've been over the past couple weeks. There are 794 new cases to report. 220 were identified in Cayo, 212 in Belize, and 110 in Orange Walk. The active numbers are up to 9,423. There are 24 hospitalizations, 10 unvaxxed, 12 vaxxed, and 2 partially vaxxed. There are also four ICU admissions. And four patients have also passed away, three of them unvaccinated and one not announced. One was a female and three were males. Two were from Toledo, one from Cayo and one from Corozal. The death toll is now at 616.
