On Monday we told you that vandals in Belmopan had torn down two well-known banners by Big Signs Belize. The damage done would have cost the owner, Julian Sherard, almost $8,000 dollars. But there is good news to report: thanks to the quick work of the police department, the vandals were caught. And rather than go to court, they paid restitution in full and new billboards were re-erected today - making it the rare story with a quick and happy ending.
