We turn now to a Friday evening accident on the Philip Goldson Highway near the Biltmore Best Western. It was a minor incident, when an overtaking Toyota RAV 4 collided into a bus. No one was hurt but names make news, and the driver of the RAV 4 was Jose Pepe Garcia, husband of PUP Minister and Area Rep., Dolores Balderamos-Garcia,
We asked the Commissioner about it, and he told us that Garcia has since been charged:

"I can say that all the procedures regarding accidents were followed in that particular instance, as opposed to..."

"Yes, as opposed to when OJ crashed, the procedures were not followed. In this case, all were followed and Mr. Garcia has been charged, arrested, and charged in respect to that accident."

"Are you able to disclose those charges yet, sir?"
Chester Williams
"I think one is driving without due care and attention. I'll have the press office release them to you, the charges, but he has been charged."
Multiple reports suggest that Garcia is connected to the company whose bus he collided into.
