Alleged Fake Cop To Court

He posed to be a cop and entered a Gas Station with a loaded firearm, but is Phillip Martin Hernandez the real deal or play play police?

At his arraignment today, Hernandez told the court he is a cop and that was doing special duties.

But, he offered no proof and his gun had no license, so he was charged with kept unlicensed firearm and ammunition.

That was enough to send him to jail on remand - but he may also face other charges, we are told.

Police were called to check him out yesterday at a gas station in the city where he was outfitted in a battle dress uniform - which is the camouflage type that law enforcement uses.

They found that he was carrying a loaded.38 revolver.
