Detainee Dashed Away, Cops Looking For Him

And in other news, the police department is currently searching for a man who escaped from custody this morning. 19-year-old George Lopez had been on remand and was taken to the Dangriga Police Station, where he slipped the officers. Today the CEO of Kolbe Foundation told us that prison personnel are also assisting in the search.

"If any of our personnel sees that guy, they're going to notify us and we're going to find a way to recapture him but he went for his trial in Dangriga and I just learnt that he had escaped indeed from the police so that will not be considered an escape from prison from really from police custody, so he escaped lawful custody right, that is pretty much what he did."
