And one more reason to resist bail is that Nah is also being investigated for possible involvement in the murder which happened in that same area of Maya Mopan on Thursday night. That's when Michael Williams was killed two streets away from Jon Ramnarace's house.
Police say they are treating the two incidents as related:

"Is there any connection between the previous murder in Belmopan Mark Williams that occurred on Saturday night."

"We believe they are connected yes, the same perpetrator did both of them. There was a particular person who said that when she peeped out, the gunman fired at her and she ran back into her home. She could not describe him any at all, so at this time we don't have anything to indicate a description to tie to the second one, but based on the MO, we believe that it's the same person."

"Might these Ramnarace brothers may have been witnesses to that and might information of that might have been leaked out of the department out of some investigative file perhaps and it came to Mr. Nah's knowledge? He has many friends in the police."

"I know Jules, that would have been a juicy story for you, but unfortunately that's not the case. The police did not even approach the Ramnarace in respect to that matter and they lives quite a distance away, it's about 2 streets away and I have heard the rumours in the public domain that they were witnesses. That is not so."

"Is there any narco element in this?"

"At this time we have not ascertain a definitive motive and I don't want to speculate."
