And so, tonight, Corporal Elmer Nah is remanded to jail - as he was in November of 2021 - when he was accused as part of the Bladen 11 for conspiracy to land a plane - among other charges.
And tonight, he is accused of double murder - again, among other charges.
In the last case he got bail within three days - but since he now faces these very serious charges - while he is out on bail - police say they will strongly resist any bail application:
