Did Ramnarace Killer Murder Another Man?

And, tonight, Belmopan residents also want to know if there could be a connection to an unsolved murder from last year. In May of 2022, an elderly man named Daniel Castellanos was killed on Garza Avenue.

No one has been charged for that murder - but now video has emerged from that street showing a man with a light on his head - in the early hours of that morning, around the same time of the murder - stepping briskly down that street.

The Commissioner got the video from our newsroom and said that in his opinion there isn't enough there to really deduce anything, since only the head and torso of the individual is shown.
