And before he was charged, Tionne Paguada posted a scathing Facebook live where he made many wild and slanderous claims against senior police officers. He did this after he had escaped from police while going to the restroom.
Today, the Commissioner says he didn't watch the video, but his lawyer did:

"I certainly will not dignify his comments with a response, but I'll just say that the video recording has been sent to an attorney and I am hoping that he will have the evidence to prove in court what he is asserting."
