And while the trial is many months away - so it will be many months before we see how that plays out - in the meantime, police plan to upgrade the charges against Elmer Nah. The Department's Communications Officer told us more today:

"We know that Mr. Nah will be receiving an upgraded charge for murder and I am not certain when that charge will be levied but because he is already on remand for murder, he could be read that charge as early as when he appears in front of the court for his remanded date."
