And in yet another fatal RTA, this one was between mile 27 and 28 on the Hummingbird Highway. 49-year-old Cesar Giovanni Larius of Valley of Peace died when he seemed to have lost control of his vehicle and collided with the railing along the highway.
The cops didn't have much to say about the incident this morning only that the vehicle was extensively damaged.

"On the 19th of March sometime around 4:10 PM, police visited miles 27 and 28 on the hummingbird highway where they saw a blue two-door Isuzu Amigo SUV on the side of the highway. This vehicle was seen with the front portion extensively damaged including the windshield and somewhere about three feet off the highway from the vehicle, they found the body of Cesar Giovanni Larius, 49 years. The lifeless body of Mr Larius was transported to the Western Regional hospital where it was pronounced dead by a medical officer."
A blowout is believed to have caused the accident.
