Accused triple murderer Elmer Nah, was given partial disclosure this morning at the Belmopan Magistrates court for the murder of Viviane, David and John Ramnarace that occurred on January 31st 2022. Attorney Arthur Saldivar who is representing the Belisle, Ramnarace and Pascasio families, says that today's proceedings play a crucial role towards attaining justice.
Arthur Saldivar, Attorney
"Today twenty pages, and five photographs of disclosure were presented to the attorney representing Elmer Nah. I was not here for that, that was what was reported to Mr Nah in court. Which in itself is an unprecedented course of events. I've never been in a situation where an accused person is brought to court, his lawyer comes before him leaves before him; and disclosure is made when he is not there simply to facilitate him being able to be spirited out, in and out with expedition. As if he is being given special protection by the state."
"He was told that in August, the twenty-second of August he would get the remaining pages of disclosure. Which will full-fill the crowns requirement to make full disclosure."

"The desired result is justice, and justice can go either way if the evidence is there to convict him. That is justice for the surviving members of the Ramnarce, Belisle, Pascasio family, and for those dearly departed, and the country."
Saldivar later discussed that the manner in which Nah was being transported appeared to him to be some sort of preferential treatment. He adds that It's something that everyone should be questioning and monitoring carefully given the nature of the case.
Arthur Saldivar, Attorney
"This is what every citizen should be worried about. Why is it that it appears that the state is bending over backwards laying out the red carpet for an accused murderer? Is this person special? Does this person have information that they are trying to protect? Why is it that he is being given this velvet glove treatment? Brought to court in an AC vehicle? That is the question that people are asking."
Nah returns to court not he 22nd of August.
