Over the past two weeks we've been following the story involving the minor that was murdered in Joseph Budna's bedroom at Smiths Farm on Branch Mouth Road.
While Budna and his antics have become the focus of the story out in the public – there is a 16 year year old murder victim, Kevin Hernandez. And tonight his family is one step closer to justice.
Today police had formally arrested and charged 18 year old Brandon Pelayo for the crime of murder on Hernandez, attempted murder on Budna and one count of use of deadly means of harm.
The commissioner of police indicated that the motive for the murder may be as a result of a dispute between Budna and Pelayo who was soliciting him.
