Donovan Cayetano was fired from Transparent BPO yesterday. His letter of dismissal says he harassed and discriminated against another employee. That employee - it turns out - was being targeted and bullied - allegedly by Cayetano - for being identified as gay.
But, Cayetano says it's the other way around. He says he was being sexually harassed by a male co-worker - and because he acted out against this - that he claims he was fired. Here's his account - which, again, we warn you is not suitable for children:
This was Cayetano's second stint at Transparent BPO - but his first dismissal. A senior employee of the company told us that Cayetano had been targeting and bullying this particular co-worker during training sessions and that his unacceptable behavior is what led to his dismissal. He also added that witnesses attested to this - which is what confirmed grounds for dismissal.
