They were acquitted of gang membership charges last week - but today the Meaghan brothers were back in court - because the DPP is appealing their acquittal.
Today in court, the DPP' s served Tyrone and Ellis Meighan with documents notifying them of the appeal.
After the notice was served, the case was adjourned and they remain out on bail pending a trial date in the matter.
Outside the court Ellis Meighan says he is not worrying as he knows their case went through a full trial and they were acquitted and so he believes the DPP is just trying to grasp at straws to get them back behind bars.
