It was one week ago that accused woman Epifania Caliz coughed on court reporter Anita Nembhard. And despite numerous attempts - Nembhard still has not been able to make a statement - and from the looks of things we'd say she's being given the runaround. Caliz, you will. Recall is a cop's wife.
Today, police told Nembhard she had to go back to the station and make another because in the first one, the recording officer didn't take down the correct information.
Nembhard says she will go back and make the statement though, and insist on court action. Police also told Nembhard they don't know where to find Caliz- even though she has a case in court and her personal information is in the system there.
