More Than Sidewalk And Speed Bumps, A Culture Shift In Safety

The Ministry of Economic Development in partnership with the Caribbean Development Bank is continuing to expand Phase two of the road safety project near schools across The Belize and Corozal District. Today they held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Buttonwood Bay Nazarene Primary School, where several infrastructural improvements were unveiled to create a "Safe School Zone" for students crossing the road.
