But all his agitation isn't coming without a cost. Garbutt says he's being taken before the court tomorrow for damage to property:

"It's kind of vague in on way. It sounds as if, I wouldn't want to go out on a branch there, but my attorney would know best. It something to do with damage to property or causing damage to property. It's kind of that direction. It's just some to derail, to buy time and actually get the people of Belize and the world kind of off the main subject. Because the main topic about Wil Bauer Flat is not about Eworth, it's about saving our heritage. So it's just a distraction and along the way of success you will meet these obstacles and once you live in the light, you are never afraid of darkness."
