Taylor Malcolm is currently behind bars for six months for another case after he pleaded guilty to two counts of obtaining money transfer by deception. And today he was brought before the magistrate today where he was read another two criminal offenses of the same charge.

According to reports, 37-year-old Yongbo Tan told police that he bought an iPhone 14 pro max for $2,000 on Facebook back in June 2023. The seller asked him to deposit $1,000 into an Atlantic Bank account. Tan made the deposit and Malcolm told him that he would deliver the phone through BPMS on Saturday July 1st 2023. But Tan never received the phone.

In August 2023, Malcolm was detained, and in September 2023 he was charged.

There was also another report against him from a woman named Denise Gabourel, who said that she paid him $450 for an item she never received last year.

Malcolm was unrepresented and pleaded guilty to both charges. The Magistrate ordered him to spend 3 months in prison, which will run concurrent to his six month sentence.
