And on Monday the ComPol said that the murder count was lower this past month compared to earlier in the year because of the SOE. He suggested that the key is to keep the alleged criminals locked up.
In response, Bradley says Prime Minister Briceno will never agree to a Bukele style SOE, but added that instead of prison without proof, maybe they should invest in better trained investigators.

Now lets understand something, there are people in our society, because we are left out, don't have any knowledge, don't have any information, we're poorly informed and so they would want prime minister Briceno, who will not do it, behave like Bukele from San Salvador, lock up people by the hundreds, lock them, that is their view, and let me tell you something, the people who are speaking up for the system, this evil chancy system that we live under, they benefit from the system, that's why it's quite alright like that. Lock them up. Lock the obscenity them up as long as you can because the system that is creating poverty, that deprives our people of good quality education, giving them training and skills so they could help themselves, nobody bawl about that, bawl and yell, lock them up, I can't use the words I want to use on your thing but it starts with an F."
