And in an update to our headline story, our team is back and we have confirmed more details. It was just after 4:30 this evening when residents on Roselind Bradley Street heard shots ring out, and according to witnesses the gunman reportedly chased his victim, 21 year old Rasheed Parham who was left sprawled out near this zinc fence fatally wounded. About an hour later, his family arrived and identified his body. All they could say was that they had no idea what Parham was doing in the area. Reports say he was visiting a female friend.
