And while police managed to detain the suspect, the family of the deceased is demanding answers. Shaniele Faber was last seen by one of her children on Thursday night, and her relatives suspect that she had gone missing later that night. Jomarie Lanza spoke to her brother today and here's what he told us.

It's not why anyone would want to kill her, but how could they do it in such a way that leaves this grieving family unable to bury her with dignity? It's a heartbreaking reality for the relatives of Shaniele Faber, the woman who was found dismembered and stuffed into a garbage drum at the corner of Amandala drive on Saturday evening. Her younger brother told us he had last seen her on Monday and knew something was wrong when he didn't hear from his sister on his birthday on Thursday.

"Shaniele is a very loving person everybody who knows Shaneile knows she is a person who loves to party and loves to enjoy herself, she is not a violent person and I don't know why they did her what they did but the last time I saw Shaniele was Monday, all of us were here with my older brother but my older brother left early to go to court for certain stuff and me, her and my mom were socializing just vibing and we were talking about different things she was telling me about her daughter who just had a baby on her birthday and I would say after 4 I left from there and that was the last time I saw my sister. The Wednesday my mom says she came here because usually in the evening time before I go home I come to see my mom and my mom said Shanellie came here and asked for my little brother. The Thursday came which was my birthday and I realized that something was fishy because she is a person who never forgets no one's birthday and I noticed she didn't message me. Then Friday came, I wasn't here but I came the Saturday and me and my mom were here relaxing again and I told my mom my mind is on my sister so my mom said she will go and check a spot where she goes to walk and I decided to go home minutes to 4 after 5 in the evening and as I got home like after 2 hours and I saw that they found a body but they said it was a dark complexion person."

"It just came out of my mouth, my sister I felt a vibes. I jumped up off the bed and the same time I got a call from my other sister from states she called me and said the tattoo that is circulating they say it's your sister, and I said sis tattoos look like tattoos so I have to see her face for me to believe."

Tillet says he could not allow himself to drift into denial and he knew instantly that it was his sister, before even seeing her body. The family is also convinced that this could not have been a one person job

"I think it was yesterday I went to witness the body and, so right now we want information on who really did it because I know my sister did not deserve that kind of killing and the way they put her in that garbage bin like an animal we just want information and for the police to cooperate with us that is all we want."

"One person cannot back a dead body. That is why there are always 8 people to back a coffin for example, one man can never back my sister from where she was and push her where he was pushing her he had to get help. And they know exactly what they were doing."

"My peoples everybody is hurt right now I haven't seen everybody as yet because this just happened and everyone is hurt, I haven't slept since this thing happened."

Adolphus is expected to be arraigned tomorrow and we'll have coverage of that. Like we said, he is well known in the city - and worked as security at the UDP headquarters.
