And does moving forward mean bringing charges against the police officers allegedly responsible for the abduction? One of them has been placed on interdiction - but will he be charged? We asked the Minister about that:

"Mr. Budna has identified him."

"If you would recall the context of that identification. I believe it was your good self being the independent, the good independent investigator that you are that showed footage to Budna."
"And then you showed him an image. And did he not say? That is the man. So that is the identification that resulted in the deputy commissioner then placing Bart Jones on interdiction."

"No. But Bart Jones placed Barry Flowers on interdiction based on your and Budna's identification. So we have to understand the context in which that was done. There has been an investigation provided by ACP Anderson which actually outlines, and I won't go too far into that because I don't want to prejudice it even more."
