Attorney OJ Elrington's Rape Trial To Start Next Year

2 years and 10 months ago, attorney Orson "OJ" Elrington was accused of rape, and his trial will begin early next year. On Friday evening, Justice Nigel Pilgrim set his date to start on February 23rd, 2026 and conclude on March 6th.

The alleged rape is said to have occurred on January 12th, 2023, after the victim told police that she met him a nightclub and went to his home along with another woman.

Elrington is represented by his cousin, Alifah Elrington and his father, Hubert Elrington. He remains on bail of $8,000.
