And while we wait for a decision in our Belizean courts, it would appear that Budna is facing difficulties in retaining a Guatemalan attorney across the border. Saldivar explains why.

"Yes before this riot happened we went through 4 attorneys in Guatemala, 4. Once they went there and came back out they would not go back. So that has been a challenge. This case is certainly an anomaly in respect of this so it has its challenges and we are going to be doing what we need to do to overcome them."
