Man On Scooter Crashes And Dies

And there was another fatal road traffic accident in Mullins River last night. This time the victim was 28 year old Jesse Palacio. Smith told us more.

"The officers responded and upon their arrival, they observed Mr Palacio who exhibited injuries to the face and body and on the scene was a scooter which showed signs of damages. Palacio was transported to the Southern Regional Hospital for treatment where he succumbed to the injuries he sustained sometime around 11:00."
