The Belize Tourism Board's Elevate Training Institute has led 13 Belizean Chefs to achieve certification through a program delivered by the American Culinary Federation. 6 gained certifications as Sous Chefs, 4 as Certified Chef de Cuisine, and 3 as certified Executive Chefs.
